Scholars Online Precocious Student

Develop a disciplined approach to studying for any course or topic, at any level, from junior high to college, or for self-study.

During this eight-week course we will learn to

• examine course materials to determine expectations and course load
• determine your own best learning practices and improve them
• use your course textbook efficiently and discover its "helps"
• manage your time to complete both short-term and long-term assignments
• take notes on written materials and lectures
• decipher graphs and diagrams
• memorize essential information
• complete projects and labs
• study for quizzes and comprehensive exams

Prerequisite: Students should be comfortable using a text editor or word processor and recent browser.
