Saki, "Tobermory", pp. 744-748. A collection of more of Saki's tales of the slightly weird and unexpected can be found here via FTP from the Project Gutenberg. Probably his best-known tale is one entitled "The Open Window", included here in the collection under the title Beasts and Superbeasts. Others may be found in other collections.
